Tai Chi

Tai Chi is one of the most popular forms of movement in the world. Tai chi is an internal martial art, usually practiced in slow motion and is generally low-impact. Tai chi is also known as Chinese yoga because basic exercises incorporate stretching and meditation. Tai chi harmonizes movement and stillness. Tai Chi excels in improving balance, concentration, and flexibility, as well as in managing stress and controlling weight. Tai Chi training is comprehensive. It has been said that Tai Chi has no beginning and no ending.
